My Story of Cellulite Exercise
I have honestly been a fan of exercising since I was a child. I ran track and cross country. When I was in college, I lived the high life of studying during the week and partying on the weekends. Too bad I did not fit much exercise in between. I had no excuses, I just decided not do it even though I still wanted to get rid of my cellulite. When I started my career job after college, I found it less enticing to do any type of workout. I had long hours at the office, an apartment to come home and clean, and a husband to take care of. Overall, I had much more on my plate than I had in the past. I had a lot more responsibility! I still did not want to exercise even though I knew it was good for me. I even actually like it. I rather have sat on my butt and watched TV.
When I turned the ripe young age of 26, I did start feeling uncomfortable with my body and my lack of effort towards a healthy life. After feeling the funky blues about my cellulite for the past 10 years, I decided to do something about it. I first got the cellulite cream that was referred to me by a good friend of mine. After a month of trial and success with the cellulite cream that I used on my legs and butt, I decided I wanted even more of a sexy upper leg and butt. I also wanted to turn on my husband more than I did, and of course, feel better in a bikini. So I started my journey on finding a cellulite exercise DVD or workout program that worked for me.
I searched near and far for a successful workout program that would workout my legs and get them in shape. I searched all the big shopping sites for their DVD s. I bought a couple of DVD s that I really did not like. Some of them were way to long or just did not do enough to tone my legs the way I wanted them too. I wanted results and wanted them quick. I also wanted a variety of leg workouts that I could do a few times a week. After trial and error, I found three workout programs that suited my fancy, literally and figuratively.
These three different cellulite workouts I enjoy because they are different and really work my butt and thighs.
Cellulite Workout 1
The first cellulite workout is not a workout DVD. It is filled with directions of workouts that you can do on your own. The directions are in a book and audio format. These workouts gave me a lot more energy and my legs started to get a lot stronger and more toned. Two other people had similar results in the testimonials below.

The second cellulite exercise workout is actually a DVD that I found on the largest online shopping mall. I heard pretty good things about this DVD from a couple of my friends. It was a very cheap item when compared to other workout DVD’s. Just like the title implies, it is a real Fight Cellulite Fast workout. Each and every time I used it, my butt and legs feel tighter. I felt like I could run a marathon! The DVD does have 2 workouts in it to fight cellulite. One of the workouts is 45 minutes long but it is a great cardiovascular workout at the same time. If you are looking to lose weight, tone your legs and get rid of your cellulite, this DVD is for you. It was sure for me. It was both fun and exciting.
When I do not have a lot of time to workout, I sometimes just do the 15 leg firming workout. My legs burn like there is no tomorrow. I can sure see the results from this DVD. The instructor on this DVD is both motivating and fun to watch.

Workout 3 – My Ten Minute Workout
This next cellulite workout exercise program only takes 10 minutes a day. It is my favorite when I am under a time crunch. OK, it is 14 minutes because there is a two minute warm up and two minute cool down. It is the workout that I have been doing lately since work has been stressful and long. I also have been doing the other four workouts in the program and getting my whole body toned and flexible in just 10 minutes a day.

I bought the 10-minute Trainer because I am a working mother and have little time for myself to exercise. I love that each segment is only 10 minutes long. I believe the whole idea is to hook you with the 10 minute cardio training and then you find the time to do the other 10 minute segments. Well…it works! I have been working out with these tapes for only 2 weeks and I can already see that I’m toning up – especially my thighs and abs! Each task is less than 2 minutes and Tony finds a way to keep you occupied and no time to feel like you’re working out! This would make a great gift for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time to go to a gym.
Cellulite Workout For Beginners
If you are a person who has not worked out for a long time and you may need a base to start at. Everyone has to start somewhere to do burn off cellulite! I do not have a personal review of this workout but I do hear that many people get stronger and healthier from doing Leslie Sansone workouts.
This set is great. I have used it regularly since buying it and really enjoyed it and felt it was working. I am using it wearing the Sketchers Shape Ups fitness shoes and I think that makes it harder, but hopefully more effective.
One thing I’d add about this program is that it is more than walking in place for three miles. You do simple moves – I’d call them like basic calisthenics – side steps and kicks – that keep it fun and work different muscles. That was a surprise to me and a good one.
Hope you enjoy this tape too. I’d definitely buy more of Leslie’s stuff. Oh, and it helps that her “helpers” in the video are maybe 35-45+. Much more fun (for me as a middle aged woman anyway) than working out with some 20-somethings.
